Sour Cream Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

1 box (18.25 ounces) butter cake mix

4 eggs, at room temperature

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2/3 cup cooking oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 carton (8 ounces) sour cream

1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Fold in sour cream and nuts. Pour batter into greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes. Allow cake to cool in pan for 15 minutes.

This cake can be eaten plain, with fruit, or given a special flavor by adding either the Buttermilk Glaze, the Butterscotch Glaze, or the Strawberry Glaze.
