Rocky Road Microwave Cake

Ingredients:

1 box (18.25 ounces) devil's food cake mix

1 cup water

1/3 cup cooking oil

3 eggs, at room temperature

1 package (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs until moistened. Beat for 2 minutes at high speed. Fold in chocolate chips, marshmallows, and nuts. Pour into 9" square baking dish. Cover with wax paper and let stand for 10 minutes. Microwave on defrost for 11 minutes and then on high for 5 1/2 minutes. Cool completely and then cover with Chocolate Glaze.
