Chocolate Coca-Cola Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour (unsifted)

2 cups granulated sugar

2 sticks margarine

3 tablespoons cocoa

1 cup Coca-Cola

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 eggs, beaten

1 teaspoon soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the flour and sugar in a large mixing bowl.

Place the margarine, cocoa, and Coca-Cola in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour this over the flour/sugar mixture and mix well. Add the buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows. Beat well.

Note: The batter will be thin and the marshmallows will float to the top.

Pour mixture into a 12" x 14" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes (or until done).

While cake is baking, prepare the Chocolate Coca-Cola Icing (see recipe under frosting & icings).  Ice the cake while the cake is still warm and the icing is hot.
