Winner-Takes-All Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients:

2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese

1 package (4 servings) instant white chocolate pudding mix

2/3 cup dry milk powder

1 cup water

1 cup Cool Whip

1 (6 ounce) chocolate pie crust

1 teaspoon coconut extract

2 tablespoons chopped pecans

2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

2 tablespoons flaked coconut

Directions:

In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a sturdy spoon until soft. Add dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and water. Mix well, using a wire whisk. Blend in 1/4 cup Cool Whip. Spread mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate while preparing topping.

In a small bowl, gently combine remaining 3/4 cup Cool Whip and coconut extract. Spread topping mixture evenly over set filling. Evenly sprinkle pecans, chocolate chips, and coconut over top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Yields 8 servings.
