White Grape Juice Sauce |
Ingredients: 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 cup white grape juice 1 cup confectioners' sugar 1 cup whipping cream, chilled Directions: In a medium saucepan, combine eggs, grape juice and sugar and mix well. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. In large bowl, whip the cream. Fold juice mixture into whipped cream. |
