White Chocolate Sauce |
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups whipping cream 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar 4 ounces white chocolate or almond bark, cut into pieces 2 tablespoons vanilla extract Directions: In medium saucepan, combine cream and sugar. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 3-4 minutes. Add white chocolate and vanilla, stirring until chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth. Serve warm or cool. Store in refrigerator.
