White Chocolate Chunk Brownies

Ingredients:

2 packages (10.25 ounces each) chewy fudge brownie mix

2 eggs, at room temperature

6 tablespoons cooking oil

1/4 cup water

2 packages (6 ounces each) white chocolate baking bar, 1 1/2 package coarsely chopped & remainder for garnish

1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom only of a 13" x 9" baking pan. Combine brownie mixes, eggs, oil and water in large mixing bowl; blend well. Fold in white chocolate and walnuts. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 26-28 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over hot brownies. Return to oven for 1 minute. Remove from oven and spread softened chips evenly over brownies. Cool on wire rack before cutting. Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings. Cut into 2" squares. Yield: 24
