White Chili

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless, chicken breasts - cut into small chunks

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cans (15 1/2 ozs.) northern white beans

1 1/2 teaspoons ground garlic

2 cans (4 1/2 ozs.) chopped green chilis

2 teaspoons cumin

1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

8 ounces sour cream

Directions:

Saute the garlic, onions and chicken for 5 minutes.

Put everything in a crock pot -- except for the two creams.

Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours.

Before serving, stir in the two creams.

Serve with corn chips, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese.
