Vermicelli Ham Bake

Ingredients:

1 1/3 cups water

1 cup milk

1/4 cup butter, cubed

1 package (4.8 ounces) Parmesan rice and vermicelli mix

1 can (15.25 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained

1 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed

1 1/2 cups cubed fully cooked ham

1 can (8 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained

1/2 cup french-fried onions, crumbled, divided

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan, bring the water, milk and butter to a boil. Stir in rice with contents of seasoning packet. Return to a boil. Cook, uncovered, for 5-6 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in the corn, beans, ham, mushrooms and 1/4 cup onions.

Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle remaining onions around the edges. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
