Upside-Down German-Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut

2 cups pecans, chopped

1 box (18.25 ounces) German chocolate cake mix

2 sticks butter, melted

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a 9" x 13" baking pan, sprinkle coconut and nuts. Mix the cake mix according to directions on the box; pour batter over the nuts.

In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese, and confectioners sugar. Spoon this over the batter.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50  minutes.
