Tuna Pizza |
Ingredients: 2 cups baking/biscuit mix 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce 1 can (6.5 ounces) tuna, drained 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese 1 large onion, thinly sliced 1 can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease 12" pizza pan. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Press dough on bottom and up sides of pan with floured hands; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Mix tomato sauce, tuna, oregano, basil and garlic powder; spread over cheese. Top with mozzarella cheese, onion and olives. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until edge is golden brown. |
