Taco Soup

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef (cooked and drained)

1 large onion, chopped and browned in skilled

1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes

1 can (14 1/2 ounces) Mexican-style stewed tomatoes

1 can (14 1/2 ounces) tomatoes with chilies

2 cans (4 1/2 ounces) diced green chilies

1 can (4.6 ounces) black olives, drained and sliced

2 cans (15 1/2 ounces) pinto beans

1 can (15 1/2 ounces) kidney beans

2 cans (15 1/2 ounces) whole kernel corn , drained

1 package (1 1/4 ounces) taco seasoning

1 package (1 ounces) ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large pot and simmer on stove for 1 hour.

Serve with corn chips, sour cream, chopped green onions, jalapenos, and shredded cheddar cheese.
