Swiss Steak

Ingredients:

6 pieces cubed steak, choosing what size you want

1 onion, sliced

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 can (15 oz.) green peas, undrained

1 can (15 oz.) tomatoes, undrained

Directions:

Mix enough salt, pepper and flour to coat the steaks and brown them in a skillet. Remove them to a covered casserole dish.

In a large skillet, saute the onion in cooking oil. Add the onion, tomatoes, and peas to the dish with the steaks. Bake at 300 degrees for about 1 hour.
