Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

6 large sweet potatoes

1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine

1/2 cup water

1 cup granulated sugar

1 package miniature marshmallows

Directions:

Boil potatoes; cool and peel. Quarter each potato lengthwise and put in 9" x 13" baking dish.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil margarine, water and sugar until thickened. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover potatoes with miniature marshmallows. Continue baking for another 15 minutes.
