Strawberry Cake

Ingredients:

1 box (18.25 ounces) white cake mix

3 tablespoons self-rising flour

1 small package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin

1/2 cup water

3/4 cup cooking oil

1 cup frozen strawberries

4 eggs, at room temperature

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, flour, strawberry gelatin and water. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add cooking oil and strawberries and beat for two minutes.

Pour batter into a greased 9" x 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes (or until done in the center)

Icing:

1 box confectioners' sugar

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 stick margarine, melted

Combine these three ingredients and stir until smooth. If it is too thick, add 1-2 drops of milk at a time until you get the consistency you desire. Spread on the cake and refrigerate.
