Stay-In-Bed Beef Stew

Ingredients:  There is much flexibility with this recipe; some prefer more beef, some prefer more potato, some prefer more tomato

2 pounds beef roast, cubed

2 chopped onions

1/2 package mixed frozen vegetables (amount will really depend upon your preference)

1 teaspoon salt

dash of crushed black pepper

1 or 2 cans of tomato sauce (dilute with water to your taste)

4 big diced potatoes (again, more or less to your taste)

Put all ingredients into a baking pot, with a lid. Pop it in the oven at 275 degrees and go back to bed for the day. It will happily cook all by itself and be done in about 5 hours.
