Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 container (16 ounces) sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 package vegetable recipe mix

1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and chopped

3 green onions, chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and chill for about 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dipper (crackers, fresh vegetables, chips, etc.)

Yields: 2 cups
