Spicy Chili

Ingredients:

2 pounds ground beef

1 large white onion, diced

2 packages Chili Man chili mix

2 cans chili beans

2 cans black beans

2 cans stewed tomatoes

2 cans Rotel tomatoes, hot

Directions:

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef on medium temperature. When done, move meat to a large crock pot. Put temperature on high. Add onion to crock pot. Open all cans, with liquids, and add to crock pot. Stir generously, mixing all ingredients. Let cook on high for two hours, stirring occasionally. Decrease temperature to medium and continue cooking for one hour. Add water to create your desired thickness.

Serve with corn chips, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
