Self-Crust Coconut Pie |
Ingredients: 1/4 cup self-rising flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup margarine 2 eggs, at room temperature 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup flaked coconut Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix flour and sugar together. Add margarine and cream well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Add milk, vanilla and coconut. Mix well. Pour into lightly-greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. |
