Scrambled Eggs Alfredo

Ingredients:

8 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces

8 eggs

1/8 teaspoon crushed black pepper

1 container (10 ozs.) refrigerated Alfredo sauce

Directions:

Cook bacon in 12" skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Reserve 1 tablespoon of bacon drippings in skillet.

In large bowl, combine eggs, pepper and half of the Alfredo sauce; beat well. Add egg mixture to skillet; cook over medium heat until eggs are set but still moist, stirring occasionally. Fold in remaining Alfredo sauce. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with bacon.
