Sawdust Pie

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

3/4 cup shredded coconut

3/4 cup chopped pecans

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

7 egg whites, beaten

unbaked pie shell

1 medium banana, sliced

whipped cream

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix first four ingredients together and add beaten egg whites. Mix well. Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, place banana slices in a bowl and cover with whipped cream; mix well until all slices are coated. When pie is finished, let cool and garnish with the sliced banana/whipped cream mixture.
