Sausage Bread Ring

Ingredients:

1 pound ground sausage

3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

2 cans (10 ounces each) flakey biscuits

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with cooking spray, set aside.

In a skillet, brown and crumble the sausage. Add chopped onion and cook a few minutes longer, until onion is tender. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese to sausage mixture. Set aside.

Remove biscuits from package and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Put them in a large mixing bowl, adding sausage mixture and tossing to coat biscuits well. Put mixture into prepared bundt pan. Melt butter and pour over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until biscuits are properly baked.
