Sauce for Chicken on the Grill |
Ingredients: 1 1/2 sticks margarine 2 tablespoons salt 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 tablespoon crushed black pepper Directions: In a saucepan, melt the margarine; add other ingredients and stir. Using a brush, spread heavily on chicken first time; use remainder of sauce to spread on chicken as it cooks. |
