Ruby Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients:

1 package (10 ounces) frozen raspberries with syrup, thawed

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 tablespoons orange juice

Directions:

In blender or food processor, combine raspberries, sugar and juice. Cover; blend until smooth. Refrigerate to chill.

Note: This goes great with a cheesecake. I personally like the seeds, but if you don't you may strain it to remove the seeds.
