Rocky Road Frosting |
Ingredients: 3 cups confectioners' sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature 1 stick butter, at room temperature 3 tablespoons granulated sugar 1/2 cup milk, at room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup mini marshmallows 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts Directions: In a medium mixing bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, cocoa, cream cheese, butter, and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth. Add milk and vanilla and continue mixing. Fold in chopped nuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows. Refrigerate for 15 minutes and then frost the cake. |
