Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients:

1 cup flour

5 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

1 stick butter, melted

3 cups rhubarb, chopped

2 eggs, beaten

1/4 cup flour

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour, confectioners' sugar and butter; press in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

In a medium bowl, mix rhubarb, eggs, flour and sugar. Pour into baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
