Raspberry Delite

Ingredients:

1 package (10 ounces) frozen raspberries, thawed

1 package (6 ounces) raspberry gelatin

2 cups boiling water

1 pint vanilla ice cream

1 can (6 ounces) frozen pink lemonade, thawed

1/2 cup pecans

1 banana, diced

lettuce leaves

Directions:

In a 7" x 11" dish, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls until melted, stirring often. Stir in lemonade. Chill until partially set. Add raspberries, pecans and banana. Chill until firm. Slice and serve on leaf of lettuce.
