Rainbow Jigglers

Ingredients:

4 small packages (3 ozs. each) Jello or other gelatin in different colors

2 1/2 cups boiling apple juice (or water can be substituted), divided into 4 parts

Directions:

In separate bowls, put one package of gelatin and 1/4 of boiling juice. Completely dissolve the gelatin in the juice. Pour each color into separate 8" casserole dishes or baking pans. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Gelatin will be firm after one hour, but it will be difficult to remove from the dish, so allow it to stay for 3 hours. To remove, dip the pan in warm water for 15 seconds. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters or cut into 1" squares or long strips. Lift jigglers from pan using spatula or hands. Place all colors in a clear bowl and enjoy the rainbow colors.
