Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

1 pie shell (9"), unbaked

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1 can (16 ozs.) pumpkin

1 can (12 ozs.) evaporated milk

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a medium bowl, blend together all ingredients. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge of pie comes out clean. Cool completely on rack. Serve with whipped cream topping or a caramalized pecan topping.
