Potato-Broccoli Soup

Ingredients:

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can potato soup

1 can chicken broth

1 large onion, chopped

3 potatoes, diced

1 bag mixed frozen carrots & broccoli

1 cup milk

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions:

Place the first six ingredients in a large cooking pan and bring to a boil. Add frozen carrots and broccoli, milk, salt and pepper. Cook until the potatoes are tender. Add cheese and simmer until the cheese melts.
