Pizza Casserole

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

4 ounces sliced pepperoni

1 onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

1/3 cup margarine

5 ounces extra thin spaghetti, cooked

2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce

1 cup grated Swiss cheese

1 pound grated mozzarella cheese

1 can mushrooms

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon basil

green pepper, sliced for decoration

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, saute ground beef, pepperoni, onion and green pepper lightly. Melt butter and place in 11" x 9" baking dish. Toss spaghetti with the butter and place in the baking dish. Cover with 1 can of tomato sauce. Add half the cheese and half the meat mixture and all the mushrooms. Sprinkle with oregano and basil. Add remaining cheese and meat. Top with 2nd can of tomato sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Arrange sliced green pepper rings on top for decoration. Serves 10.
