Perfect Pumpkin Pie |
Ingredients: 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 2 eggs, at room temperature 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 unbaked 9" pie crust Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In medium bowl, add pumpkin, condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt; mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking 35-40 more minutes or until knife inserted 1" from crust comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Store leftovers in refrigerator. |
