Pecan Waffles

Ingredients:

2 cups Bisquick

2 eggs, at room temperature

1 cup club soda

1/2 cup cooking oil

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Put plates in the oven to warm while you're preparing the waffles.  Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir by hand. Spray waffle iron with cooking oil.

Yields 6 waffles
