Pecan Pie Muffins

Ingredients:

1 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup pecans, chopped

2/3 cup butter, softened

2 eggs, beaten

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan. In a medium bowl, stir together the brown sugar, flour and pecans.

In a separate bowl, beat butter and eggs together until smooth. Stir into the dry ingredients until just combined.

Spoon into muffin cups and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
