Pear Pie

Ingredients:

unbaked prepared pie crust

3-4 firm, ripe pears, peeled, cored & sliced

1/4 cup butter

1 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs, at room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line unbaked pie crust with sliced pears. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and flour together and pour over pears. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
