Pear Honey |
Ingredients: 8 pounds fresh pears 6 pounds granulated sugar 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple Directions: Wash, peel and grind the pears. Boil the pears and sugar gently for 1 hour. Add the pineapple and boil for another 5 minutes. Pour into hot sterile jars, adjust lids, and process in boiling-water-bath canner for 5 minutes. |
