Peanut Clusters |
Ingredients: 1 bag (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 bag (12 ounces) peanut butter or butterscotch chips 1 package (10 ounces) salted Spanish peanuts Directions: Place both bags of chips into medium mixing bowl. Microwave on medium high for 3 minutes or until chips have melted. Stir in peanuts and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto wax paper. Sit at room temperature until firm. |
