Peanut Butter Frozen Pie |
Ingredients: 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) 1 cup confectioners sugar 1/2 cup milk 1 tub (9 ounces) non-dairy topping, thawed 9" graham cracker crust 1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts Directions: In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in peanut butter and sugar. Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly. Fold topping into mixture. Pour mixture into crust. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Freeze until firm. |
