Party Pink Salad

Ingredients:

1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin

1 can (8 ozs.) crushed pineapple, drained

1 can (11 ozs.) mandarin oranges, drained

1 package (8 ozs.) cream cheese, softened

1 cup chopped pecans

1 carton (8 ozs.) whipped topping

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix gelatin, pineapple and oranges to dissolve the gelatin. Stir in the cream cheese and pecans. Mix well and then fold in the whipped topping.
