Orange Juice Cake |
Ingredients: 1 cup chopped pecans 1 box butter recipe yellow cake mix 4 eggs, at room temperature 1/3 cup cooking oil 1 box (4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding 1 cup orange juice Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bundt pan and place pecans on the bottom. Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and orange juice with electric mixer. Pour cake mixture over the pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. While cake is baking, make the glaze. Ingredients for glaze: 1 stick butter 1 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup orange juice Directions: Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil for about 2 minutes. Pour glaze over cake while it is still hot in the pan. Let the cake sit long enough to absorb the glaze before slicing. |
