Orange Cake

Ingredients:

1 box (18.25 ounces) white cake mix

1 box (3.5 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 box (3 ounces) orange gelatin

1 1/2 cups water

1/2 cup cooking oil

4 eggs, at room temperature

Directions:

Mix well. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 9" layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Cool layers before stacking and frosting.

Ingredients for filling:

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, well drained

1 bag (10 ounces) shredded coconut

1 cup sour cream

2 cups granulated sugar

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Take out 1 cup to be used in the icing. Divide the remainder into 3 equal parts and put between the layers and on top of the third layer.

Ingredients for icing:

1 container (8 ozs.) whipped topping, mixed with the 1 cup of filling

Directions:

Cover the entire cake with the icing. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
