Never-Fail Caramel Frosting |
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons butter 6 tablespoons granulated sugar 6 tablespoons brown sugar 1/2 cup cream 9 large marshmallows 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar Directions: In a medium saucepan, mix butter, sugars, and cream together. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and vanilla, stirring to blend together. Add confectioners' sugar and blend until all is mixed. |
