Nature's Glory Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

1 tablespoon grainy mustard

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

1 Granny Smith apple, cored & cut in very thin slices

2 bags (12 ounces each) cabbage slaw mix

4 ounces crumbled bleu cheese

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Directions:

In a large salad bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Add the apple slices, cabbage, cheese and onion. Toss. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
