Nacho Popcorn

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons margarine

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

11 cups popped popcorn

6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

In a small saucepan on low heat, melt the margarine. Stir the paprika, red pepper and cumin into the margarine. Let cool for about 5 minutes.

Place popcorn in the largest bowl you have. Pour the spice mixture on top and then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Toss many times until the popcorn is evenly coated.
