Mixed Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cans (15 ounces each) Veg-All, drained

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed

1/2 stick melted margarine

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine the first four ingredients and mix well; place in a buttered small baking dish. Top with crackers and margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
