Mini Quiches |
Ingredients: 1 pastry for one-crust 9" pie 3/4 cup half-and-half 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese 1 tablespoon flour 4 bacon slices, crisply cooked & crumbled Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line miniature muffin pans with pastry. Combine half-and-half, eggs and seasonings; mix well. Add cheese, flour, and bacon; mix well. Fill muffin shells 2/3 full with mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. |
