Microwave Meat Loaf |
Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 egg, beaten 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons prepared mustard 1 teaspoon salt Directions: In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Form it into a loaf and place into a microwavable bowl. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on high for 14-17 minutes, giving a 1/4 turn twice during cooking. If desired, pour extra ketchup over meat loaf after removing it from the microwave. Let meat loaf stand for 5 minutes before serving. |
