Microwave Marshmallow Fudge

Ingredients:

3 cups granulated sugar

3/4 cup butter

2/3 cup evaporated milk

2 cups (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 cups (7 ounces) marshmallow cream

1 cup pecans or walnuts

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

In a microwave-safe dish, mix together sugar, butter and milk. Cook uncovered for 8 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Let set until hard.
