Mexican Rice

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup water

1 cup salsa (your choice on how hot or spicy)

2 chicken bouillon cubes

2 cups uncooked instant rice

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, bring water, salsa and bouillon to a boil. Stir in rice and remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 6-8 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve.
