Marshmallow Balls |
Ingredients: 6 chocolate-coated toffee candy bars (1.75 ounces each), broken up 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup butter 48 large marshmallows 1 cup crisp rice cereal, coarsely crushed Directions: In a medium saucepan, combine toffee bars, milk and butter. Cook over medium heat for 20-2 minutes till toffee is melted, stirring often. Cool slightly. Dip marshmallows in toffee mixture. Roll in cereal. Dry on waxed paper. Yields: 4 dozen |
